You mean the Chinese. Brits like standardized low-quality tea from bags, they steep it for minutes until it turns bitter, then add milk and sugar. Chinese use good loose-leaf tea from a variety of cultivars, steeped much quicker but with more leaf so you get a more robust, balanced flavor, and they drink it straight.
The way the brits drink their tea, it doesn't even give them health benefits

> Within the European studies, the results of the 2 studies (19, 20) reported from the United Kingdom were associated with an increased risk of CAD, whereas the 2 studies (18, 23) from the Netherlands indicated a significant reduction in risk. This may have been due to differences in black tea drinking habits. For example, the English prefer to drink black tea with milk, which may reduce the bioavailability of flavonoids. In contrast, it is unusual for black tea to be drunk with milk in the Netherlands (19).
Oolong is the best anyway

I'm a woman so, I guess I will enjoy the estrogen. Despite the fact that it probably makes no significant differences in estrogen levels and you're probably just saying that because you read a study once.
