What's your max dumbell curl and how do you guys get bigger

What's your max dumbell curl and how do you guys get bigger biceps? My biceps are the hardest muscle for me to grow and I want those big biceps

I can 1 rep max 50lbs with a dumbell in my right arm and 40lbs with my left

Idk I don't 1rm on bicep work but I use 45 for reps so somewhere above there id imagine

As for getting bigger biceps, drop the weight and shoot for like 12 reps or higher making sure you go all the way down to your sides, do that for like 4 or 5 sets

I get a massive fucking pump doing bicep curls on a cable station, so I just do that. I can do 100lbs x 10-12 or so.

Yours won't grow because you're 1rm your fucking tiniest muscle. I was able to do 60's for 8-10 reps each arm but that won't help me. Had most of my bicep gains with ridiculous dropsets and 5sets of 12 reps like >>41660981

Additionally, do some fucking compounds like Pullups and Rows.

Adding cheat reps, negatives, and weighted stretching. Not all at once however. Ill do standard sets then pick one of the above. After heavy compounds i can rep 55 just about to break into 60 for reps. This being with hammer grip.

When doing negatives ill pick about 5-10 lbs higher than my standard curl max.
