Just do it in cycles, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
Drink lots of water, exercise every day.
Don't cycle for longer than 3 months - at three months stop and continue your cut naturally.
After about 2 months off it you can start again.
I would advise finding a sports physician or a doctor that practices harm minimisation to ensure you're not allergic, that you're dosing safely and that you cycle/train to match your dose.
