What are some good weight training routine for a guy who regularly train boxing?

What these guys are saying is that strength training won't build mass. It is your diet that builds mass.
I would say you should do a true lean bulk with strength training for a year to build a good muscular base, then cut to fighting weight while maintaining your strength.
You obviously don't have any competitions coming up as you are asking a dumb ass question an actual competent fighter would know the answer to.
