Weighted dips, bent over rows (or chinups) and RDL's should be included in every program unless you cant perform those exercises.

Prove me wrong atheists

You mean both?
>>

>>
>>41651408
you stop before the plates touch the ground
>>
>>41651419
Guess how I know your chest is weak af
>>
>>41651408
muh hamstrings
>>
>>41651436
if your hammies are flexible enough, what's the harm in lifting from the ground up?
>>
>>41651375
I agree except for RDLs. Maybe I'm skleepin on em but I've never really heard an argument for why they're useful when you could just do normal deads instead.

>dips are bad for shoulders meme
>le tips fedora meme
learn proper form and stop spouting uneducated opinions faggot

>>41651460
its a meme you dip
>>
>>41651460
Some people don't have the proper shoulder morphology for safe dips you dip. If you can do them, great. If not, don't force it and injure yourself. So stop spouting your own uneducated opinions.

You mean "and", right? Right?
>>
>>41651375
So if I'm unable to perform these lifts what should I do to perform them?
Yes I'm a weak dyel faggot, but I want to be stronger.

I can chin up a few reps. My core is so shit that I can't properly do rows, and I can barely dip.

Do a novice program. This discussion does not pertain to you.
>>
>>41651526
>>41651405
yeah
both desu

pulls in general
>>
>>41651447
most people will get to point where their hip hinge will end range of motion instead of hamstrings

that means you would need lumbar flexion to touch ground with plates or sit down with hips a bit

With RDLs you want big stretch and strong contraction, thats what makes them so effective.
