why should i do cardio on a cut if im already meeting my 1000

You cannot logically argue against cardio on a cut.

Because cardio aids in favourable nutrient partitioning (ie more of your weight loss will be fat)

It improves cardiovascular health which means better recovery, which means better performance and thus maintenance of gains on a cut.

9/10 people who look great, do a shitload of cardio. And generally the 1/10 no-cardio guy who actually looks good is a roider anyway.

I have been browsing /fit/ and similar places for 6 years and don't recall any stand out physiques who didn't do cardio.

how do you think your body gets rid of fat? you exhale it

breathing more with an elevated heart-rate burns fat if you're on a deficit ... so you also get to eat more (make it healthful foods)
