You're cutting, you use a sauce on wraps and you have two choices

Option One:

Almost no sugar
Calories come from "good" fats

Option two
Moderate amount of sugar (about 10g per 100)
Only has a third of the calories of Option One

Which is the better choice? Is sugar bad to the point where it should be avoided even if it means fewer calories?

Whichever fits your macro's the best? As long as you don't go over your daily quota of sugar or fat you should be fine. I dont know, i'd like to know more.
