The doctors say I have schizoaffective disorder and I'm 23.
I abused adderall and fucked my brain up so much that when I'm off of meds I have severe panic attacks and some paranoia. I now work out everyday (swim and lift weights)
What are the chances of me getting off this stuff and being the guy I used to be?

Any success stories in the gym?

There's no cure for it, but it can be partially suppressed by drugs and therapy. The most difficult but most effective treatment is teaching you to deal with the metacognitive stuff that pops up. I can try and answer questions or go into detail if you need it.

I was diagnosed with ADHD and Schizoaffective disorder as well, bro.
What helped me was a regimen of meds (Adderall, Abilify and Seroquel) on top of weekly therapy and exercise (swimming)

I now live on my own, am med free, have a qt gf, go to uni, and hold two internships

You can fucking make it brah. REMEMBER TO SLEEP AND TAKE YOUR MEDS OR U GO BONKERS
