Last time I slept the whole night was years ago, I always wake up around 2-3 times to pee.

i find it impossible to sleep on an empty stomach so always have some cereal or something about 30 mins before bed, is that bad?

Could be diabetes, or drinking to much water, but that's usually the other way around where people don't get enough water. How much water do you drink? Your supposed to pee out the same amount you drink minus sweat, also your kidney's should be able to process about 22-33oz of water per hour, could be kidney problem if you're drinking enough and your kidney isn't processing it like it should.
