Hey /fit/ is there a good way to focus on hypertrophy while also making good strength gains? I want to look good but I also want to be able to at least impress a few people at my gym with my lifts

what? who? huh?
If you want to get big, then eat big.
If you want to get strong, then lift heavy.
If you want both, then...aww, shit....I can't remember.

Just do a ppl or something, start off with heavy cumpound lifts and then do a bunch of accessories. Working ok for me so far
Do Layne Norton's PHAT, the name says it all (power hypertrophy adaptive training). I've done it a lot and absolutely love the routine.
