It's literally as good as any other LP program for bench. If you want to keep doing it after you stall I'd just swap out his bench stuff for Nuckols' twice a week intermediate bench.

Literally just sub in Nuckols' bench for whatever Candito prescribes for bench in his LP routine. Do the rest of the workout as Candito prescribes.

You can bench 3x if you want, I just recommended Nuckols' 2x a week template because you can easily plug it in to Candito's U/L split. Nuckols has 3x a week templates too if he wants to do those

No, accessory work is always secondary to the main lift. He adds accessory stuff to his intermediate routines because as you become more advanced you can't just keep doing only the bench press. You have to add accessory exercises to strengthen your triceps, shoulders, etc. as well. You don't need to specifically do Nuckols' accessory stuff if you're already getting it from Candito's routine.

Look, don't overthink this stuff. Don't obssess about finding the perfect, most optimal routine. Just pick a plan from a reputable source that fits your goals and do it until you stop getting results from it. Then change it up so you start getting results again. Rinse and repeat.

Alright thanks. Looking over it it appears that the sheer bench volume is the major importance. I think I'll just sub in Greg's recommended bench %s and reps and stick with everything else I'm doing on the candito LP.
