All I need
Favorite smoothie ever: 2 scoops chocolate whey, a tbsp of peanutbutter, a banana, 1 cup and a half of milk and a cup of ice. Blend dat ish up and boom reeses flavored smoothie.
If I'm bulking I up it to 2 cups of milk and add half a cup of oats.

Cut: (371 calories)
1 cup milk
150 grams frozen mixed berries
1 normal sized banana
Protien 33g
Carbs 34
Sugar 21g
Fat 11g
Plus 56% of your daily vitamin C intake and 54% of your Daily Calcium intake
If the sugar levels worry you just cut down on the amount of frozen fruit in it and use light milk to cut the carbs.
My bulking one is basically the same just i just add in another cup of milk and anywhere between half to a full cup of oats before i blend it all up

Fat-free Quark cheese (measure to 25g of protein)
2 teaspoons of liquid coconut oil
Any organic berries you like
Pieces of organic mango or banana
A tablespoon of maple syrup
A teaspoon of "true" cinnamon
Add a pinch of activated salt

More or less exactly what I have. God tier. Would also like to know some good fruit smoothies etc though to try and get some more health in it.
