Dunno, I sure hope not
All I know is it's the closest thing to a low FODMAP diet as possible which means no bloating, no gas, and also no water retention because of the low carbs.
All that adds up to looking lean as fuck in as many instances as possible, not just as soon as I wake up.

Been on keto since february. Went from 277 to 206. I've even gone a few days without eating because I just don't get that hungry anymore.
