Any advice on speeding up recovery? I train legs (glute focused) 2x a week and I would like to increase it to 3x a week but im always really sore for days after. How can I recover faster?

You shouldn't be getting doms like others have said but honestly the best way to increase recovery is LISS cardio. So a super low intensity cardio you do almost if not daily such as easy biking or walking.
