Shirtless/gains showing pics are tricky. Always use an active picture (outside, lifting in the gym doesn't count)

Even if you're posing, there's no difference between a shirtless group shot and one of those shirtless bathroom mirror selfies. For some reason it just comes across as set-up to show off which is unattractive.

You don't want it to seem like you're using that picture to show off gains. You're using a picture of you having fun doing something that just happens to show gains, you didn't even consider that when choosing the picture.

For the last year I've been embarking on a strategy where I hit up girls I used to know in HS and college.
