Do big forearms just come by working on biceps, or do I really have to work on them alone?
Do wrist curls just like Arnold says.
Do diddlys

This looks good.
I want my forearms to be HUGE!
I made a mounted wrist roller out of some pvc, a hose clamp a rope and a carabiner. Seems to isolate the forearms pretty well.

I feel like this is a joke that I'm stupid for not getting.
I have the exact reverse problem anon.
I want to grow my biceps, but seem to be working my forearms instead.

I did Reverse Curls with an EZ Bar and Wrist Curls with DB and fat grips like Bruce Lee used to do. Worked really well.

diddlys = deadlifts.
few things will work your grip quite like holding several hundred pounds a few feet off the floor

As with everything, if you want to develop something you have to isolate it. This is a fundamental part of bodybuilding.
pullups, deadlifts, rows, and curls
preferably all one after another. superset some shrugs somewhere in there and your forearms will be on fire.
Reverse curls brah

I do deadlifts and my job requires me to lift heavy shit that is hard to grip. My wrists and forearms have grown quite well.
