Some idiot in my gym always bench pressed with just the bar, about two weeks ago I told him he should do it with dumbbells since people actually wanted to use the bar and put weights on it. He hasnt used the bar since then.

worst in my gym is a guy on cables doing like a running start before he does his fly after hes done he lets the weight smack down again and does like a negative cable fly where he just pulls the weight he specifically needs like 8 ft of room and makes a huge deal if anyone walks in the way

Now, we have separate changing rooms for the pool itself, and they lock from the outside. its a pretty common thing for gaurds to forget to lock them. So i was just walking laps around the pool and timed it so when he went in there i began pacing. i waited until i heard him banging on the door and did a very slow lap, so i could have an excuse and he would have a minute to realize that i locked his ass in there. I eventually let him out, half assed an apology, and he left. He complained but nothing ever came of it.

oh also we have our deadlifting station right above a god damn doctors office. so even though I work there I gotta see who is working the floor. all the guys there are total bros and don't give a shit, but there is this chick who just walks over and passive aggressively stands about 12 feet behind me and just watches.
