Should I just start a keto diet? This is what I'm having everyday since i started to cut. Didn't even realise.

I'm 6'1, 187lbs, BMR of 1904. Trying to lose 5 kgs of fat in a few months.

I've cut for two months with almost those exact macros @ 1800 cals per day with about two cheat days in between.

It works, but there are days where I just feel like absolute shit and have little energy.

Same boat, I even hit up a 67 degree Sauna 2-3 times a week. Cold shower directly after, of course. Maybe I'll hit a wall soon? Who knows, I'll deal with it when I get there. I do have really really low blood pressure though and a low resting heart rate.

You don't need that much protein. I don't know what your bf% is, but with 150g you should be fine. Get about 80-90g of good fats every day and fill the rest with carbs. You can do keto but for 5kg there's no point unless you want to adopt it as a lifestyle, otherwise with a normal diet you can lose those 5kg in 1.5-2 months.

Protip: when they say 1 gram of protein per pound of body mass they mean per pound of LEAN body mass.

My bf is 15%. My lean mass would be 158lbs.

Most of my protein comes from bcaa and whey. About 100 grams, and the other from chicken. I can cut down on whey and add more carbs perhaps
