I have this same fucking problem too OP. Ill warm up with deadlifts on first warm up set for 1plate and after the 8th rep ill be dripping wet in sweat

BUT: How you smell is greatly impacted by your eating habits.

I never had a girl tell me I "smell", they actually like it most of the time, when I'm a bit sweaty.

I sweat easily. Talked to friends and doctor about it. Friend recommended the sauna as a temporary fix. Other friend said he stopped sweating so much after running marathons. Doctor said that's all bullshit and referred me to a dermatologist who I haven't called yet.

I've found out that even if sweating much is caused by genetics, there are some factors which play a role as well: drinking too much cold water and wearing to tight clothing, which also creates heat.

Yeah, you're gonna sweat anyway but if you drink more hot stuff and wear baggy gym clothing or everydays clothing, you can reduce it.

I have played soccer my whole life up until about 2 years ago (thx patellar tendonitis). After even the slightest indication of physical activity, I start sweating like OP pic related, because my body basically thinks that I'll run around the next 90 minutes.
