How do you eat the required amount of Kale and Spinach most diets recommend without wanting to kill yourself after the first bite?
Cook it or make a smoothie.
End thread.
Always cook spinach, never eat it raw.
I just mix it into everything, after it's cooked there's not much taste so it works with pretty much everything.
Raw spinach is great with ranch. I usually eat sour cream out of a can (t. Russian) so I'll just eat some sour cream right after each spinach leaf to mask the taste.

You a masochist or something pal?

I'm not on me to and spinach is one of my favorite vegetables. I eat it all the time. Steamed, stewed, raw, and, for a treat, creamed spinach are all great.

This
Only thing that sucks about spinach is a huge-ass bag looks small af when cooked
>>41572323
Heavy cream and butter on top of spinach. Fuck yes. I'm not fat.
>>41572323
one way
>>41572784
Yeah, it shrinks up something fierce. That's why I just eat it raw a lot.

That graph is bullshit
So somehow doing 7 reps gives you no gains but 6 and 8 does? No fucking way.
>>41572764
Hello Popeye
>>41575794
The only bullshit in that graph is that you're still making gains at 20 reps. You're losing at least 10% of your gains if you go above 12 reps.
>>41572323
Lightly cook it and shred it into 1cm^2 pieces and put it into the rice you eat with your chicken, thats how I eat 80g a day, dont know whats the recommended amount, I never taste it in the rice.
>>41575794
Are you fucking serious brah? 7 reps has been scientifically proven to neither gain nor lose muscle, exactly zero impact
