yo guys how well do weighted dips carry over to bench?
are there any better assistance excersises?
Also curious about this. I can substitute close-grip bench press in my program for weighted dips if they're really that much better.

I benched 225 for around 3 before stopping and switching to OHP and dips. 6 months later I decided to max out my bench just for shits, I put up 295 for 1.
To be fair, I weigh 195 and was doing weighted dips (very very deep) with 60#.
