It will. You know when fatties say "it's more complex than calories in and out"? Well, it's true. Your microbiome (bacteria living in your gut) has a lot to do with what goes in, regardless of wether you ate it or not. Unhealthy microbiome can lead to depression, cravings, bad shits (literally), lack of motivation, and many other things. "Zero calories" doesn't mean "healthier".

It's the most blown out of proportion thing in the entire fucking world. Almost everything has some problems that you can point to. Tomatoes and mushrooms are inflammatory, which is terrible for weight lifters. Do you think anyone here or anywhere else is going to tell you not to eat them?
