Homemade protein shakes thread
Half cup milk, half cup oats, banana, peanutbutter, frozen berries, ice. Sometimes coconut oil for extra calories
Add honey for extra sweet
Bump
Piracetam, alpha gpc, t w o s c o o ppp musclepharm, lion's mane, 2tbsp coconut oil, mushroom complex, ghee/Kerry gold(whichever I have), and sometimes almond milk unsweetened

Half pint of whole milk
One scoop whey (20g protein)
And a fork to mix it up as beat as possible because it's easier than cleaning the blender every time (and more fun)
Eat 2-4 times a day.
Job done.
I might investigate buying bags of frozen fruit and crunching them into it, can you just throw them in a blender or will they break the blades?

Start buying powdered peanut butter(if you're on a cut). Makes it soooooo much better.

I have a ninja blender and it handles frozen fruit just fine. As long as you don't have giant strawberries or something it'll probably work

nah frozen fruit usually isnt that hard for the blender, i always throw in frozen blueberries and strawberries in mine

800ml 6% beer,
3 scoops c'mon,
400ml milk,
20g spinach,
one banana,
strawberries,
one apple (sliced),
10mg tren,
10mg HGH,
10mg clen,
a small spoonful of cum,
(no homo)x6,
200g oatz,
20g coffee.
Blend that fucker up and drink up,
perfect morning pre-workout.
For midday, and afternoon workout, I would recommend leaving out the coffee.
For the evening pre-workout, I like to spice it up with the blood of a persian mermaid, gives it a nice but mild salty aftertaste, really brings out the jizz flavor. (no homo)

I pretty much only have them post workout now, but it's just counting and willpower man. People can go REALLY overboard with the shakes though.
