I got a blood test and everything is fine and dandy besides my cholesterol levels, they were a little high.
How can I make my cholesterol normal?
Do I just stop eating eggs/bacon/butter/red meat?

Of course, you didn't feel for the saturated fat has no impact in blood cholesterol and overall health meme right?
I am same op.
36, healthy overall ( been liftimg simce 18 natty 4 to 5 times a week). Blood work shows slightly high cholesteral.
I have done 3 things (will see in few mo ths effect)
1. Upped cardio
2. Upped fiber. Now have 1 serving Uncle Sams cereal every day as afternoon snack and small tweeks here and there
3. Even though link is weak or not clear, cut down on animal saturated fat. And upped the olive oil and avacados etc
Also helped me drop almost 10lbs this spring

Share your results because there's more to it than total cholesterol. What's more important than total cholesterol is the ratio of LDL:HDL and triglyceride levels.
Eat nuts, fish, vegetables, and exercise.

In addition to cutting down on saturated fats, make sure you greatly reduce your intake of carbs and sugars as it causes inflamation that your body attempts to combat by producing more cholesterol. Fuck whole grains.
