Does anyone else have a weird arm resting position? Pic related, my arms get curved and I look like C3PO so I have to use extra force to keep them straight. Is it caused by a tight muscle area?

>C3po
>use extra force
Seems fitting
sometimes i catch myself with my arms scrunched up like a T-rex. most of the time it's just one while the other's doing something, but it still looks stupid. I think I might be retarded but subconsciously keeping it a secret from myself.
Triceps maybe? I dunno man I've never heard of anything like that
Do you focus way more on biceps than you do on triceps?

LMAO

No, I train both of them once a week

I haven't either. I've never seen anyone else with it and can't find anything on google
It´s more likely part of your natural bodylanguage rather than a physical issue.
You probably have internal shoulder rotation, are you doing enough work for rear delts and back?

And hands in your pockets.
"I am not a threat" posture.
>>41553281
It probably has nothing to do with body language because I have difficulty keeping my arms straight even when I am at home infront of the mirror. They get curved as soon as I relax them
>>41553283
I definitely train my back hard but I'm not sure about my shoulders since all I do for them is 2 types of OHP and pic related

Do Facepulls and band pull-aparts for rear delts.
Yeah I had the exact same problem when I started. It goes away fast.

Me.
Shitty back (and chest) with no mobility and a lifetime of slouching.
