what is wrong with this routine, /fit/?

A: DB Flies, Closegrip Bench, DB Incline Bench, Bench

B: Widegrip Pullups, Bent Over Rows, DB One Sided Rows, Deadlift

C: Lunges, Calf Raises, Squats, Stat Bike for 15 min

D: Curls, DB Skullcrushers, Hammercurls, DB Lat Raises, OHP

Not enough leg work, at least a add some kind of a leg press or a front squat or leg extensions before or after squats, depending on how you want to do it and do some leg curls after squats so your hamstrings actually look like hamstrings instead of cheese strings.
If you do cgb on the same day as bench, u might as well do triceps on that day. Tbh last day can be split in to doing shoulders on leg day, triceps on chest and biceps on back day.

Id also add 1 more exercise for triceps. If u do them after chest, do some cable extensions before skullys. Shrugs after shoulders and rear delt flyes after back would complete this more or less.

I cannot safely add leg curls or presses to legday, since I train at home and do not own such a machine, I will look into front squats though.

try doing stiff leg deadlifts and calf raises at the end of your workout. just dont do cgb before bench even if you want to pre-fatique your muscles. cgb would be a good addition to workout d so you would do triceps after shoulders and then finish off with biceps.

it would be more time efficient and benefical to do triceps after some kind of a pushing movement. Doing so after chest would be the best option. Regardless if you do them after chest or not, you should do more work on your triceps so you get a more balanced and stronger physique. my recommendation would be doing:
all the chest shit
cgb
tricep extensions
db skullcrushers (or u can do barbell ones)

barbell shrugs and rear delt dumbell flyes would complete the whole routine because so far its lacking direct rear deltoid work and trap work. U could substitute upright rows instead of shrugs for trap and side delts.

if you do all the work in 3 days its the same amount of work but you get more recovery time. My recommendation is doing chest and triceps day A, back and biceps day B, legs and shoulders on day C, alternatively just do extra tricep work, rear delt work and maybe trap work.

I would change the order working the biggest most compound movements first

Bench, DB incline bench, closegrip, DB flies

Deadlift, bent over rows, widegrip pullups, DB one sided rows

Squats, lunges, calf raises, stat bike

OHP, DB Lat Raises, Skullcrushers, Hammercurls, curls
