by the by.. would it make sense to train oblique on every gym day, with medium weight as to not over exhaust them.

also, what are the most optimal oblique exercises?

Russian twist. Do it with a dumbell you are comfortable with (not too heavy and not too light). Do 20 eps in a set of 3.

What are your thoughts on the torso twist machine?

I've been doing 3x15 every other workout and it leaves my core sore af.

Saxon Bends are better 2bh, they'll make you look like the resident autist though, but I'm sure most of us are past that sort of thing.
