haha what soap is way worse for your hair quality than shampoo. If you want nice hair just shampoo every 2-3 days depending on how greasy it gets and use conditioner daily.

Use shampoo. You don't have to do it daily but figure out your hair, get it cut, and use some product to keep it how you like it.

To get a girlfriend you'll need to make yourself available. Functional people do functional things so join some clubs, organizations, community service stuff, or whatever. Make friends. The more friends you have the more likely you are that they'll introduce you to someone who likes you.

I have my hair under control already, it's too dense so if I wear too many products on it it becomes really hard to handle
Im just really socially inept. I have a lot of acquaintances and friends but I cant talk to a girl without sounding really boring, doesnt help that my only hobbies are lifting, mead brewing and tanks/weapons. How do you even keep a conversation going if you have nothing to say? I also live in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing to do around here
