Two weeks in. 10 lbs down. Feel better than I have in years. The only thing I crave is pizza, but that's only when it's being eaten in front of me. haven't tried making keto pizza yet. Hang in there. Seriously if I had to eat like pic related during keto I wouldn't have made it past two days.
It's seriously worth it, plus it's a great discipline test and you can get cooking skills from it which is much cooler than expected. I stopped keto and now I'm just so happy to cook new delicious dishes every now and then, it seriously changed my relationship to food.

It's not how the human body works, you retard. Using fat as energy doesn't mean it doesn't influences any bodily processes during digestion. Carbohydrates aren't the reason cholesterol deposits in your artery walls. When you eat saturated fats and cholesterol, it stimulates your liver to produce more cholesterol, while downregulating the LDL receptors that remove cholesterol from your blood. High blood cholesterol is bad for long-term heart health. Keto doesn't have any magic property that makes this negligible.

Best way to do Keto

Google something if you're not sure of its carb count, you can be surprised how high it goes

Drink lots of water, salt when you can for extra sodium to retain your electrolytes. Eat spinach or avocado for potassium, or if you're like me who hates both, just eat a 27g banana on a day you're low on carbs and won't go over

It gets better. I've tried and failed it twice, just make sure you're stocked up on the right foods or you're never gonna make it

I recommend pickles, roasted seaweed, meat, eggs, and onions (technically a whole onion has 10 carbs but I just fry it up and eat it, so good)

Fruits pretty much a no-no on Keto. The whle potassium thing is a sore spot that gets inflated.

You will usually get a craving for something salty when you need some salt. Just like how you get thirsty when you need water. I often crave pickles and such when I'm getting a bit low on electrolytes.

A banana is OK, but you should be careful with it because you don't want to get knocked out of keto, since it takes awhile to get back into it.

I am eating at a low deficit, but that is mainly because I'm in no hurry.
Also when your body is using bodyfat as fuel, eating at a low defecit is no big deal. you will lose fat.
