FYI, Optimum Nutrition's 5 lb whey jug is big enough to make a helmet.

Mixing it with eggs and milk is a really good way to get too much fucking protein, or if you lift, enough.

Eggs, put some oats in a blender and blend em to flour like consistency, whey, and maybe some blueberries or some shit. Can use just egg whites too if you're cutting or whatever.
