>prefer incline barbell bench over flat bench
>prefer curls on the cable machine for bicep isolation
what are things that you find work better for you that others find weird /fit/?

Squats and deads for legs instead of leg curl, leg extension, leg press, calf raises, smith machine half squats, donkey kickbacks and dumbell-front-squats-but-curl-the-2kg-weight-while-descending
I think seated cable rows are far away better than barbell rows for general upper mid back development.
Why are so many guys bad at benchpress? I see quite a few threads on the topic.

I prefer DL in Oly shoes, just feels like the angle is better for me and there is less stress on my lower back.
I just discovered I bench a lot better at a tiny incline. Lowest incline with a pl8 under the front side of the bench and my form problems were gone.

Not enough frequency and hypertrophy work and willingness to gain weight as bench responds well to it. Sometimes long arms are to blame for it (5 plate dead and 110-115 kg bench in my case) and bad technique.
cable crossovers far better than presses

triceps extension using cables feels weird
I'd much rather use dumbbels to hit my triceps if I wanna go high volume low weight
power cleans for shoulders.
T bar rows are the supreme back exercise
Curls with the tricep extension rope attachment are god tier

???

Mostly because people see it as a meme exercise and they usually have poor form

i too prefer incline
>prefer dips over literally every other pressing movement
My fav is a straight-bar dip, GOAT for triceps
