there are two types of people: those who want to change and those who dont.

help the ones that want to change.
dont waste your time on those who dont.

Especially past 50 and already with health problems.

Being overweight and old is a miserable sad existence. It isnt about attractive, it's about living the best possible life as you approach the end of your life. You can do it in a healthy way giving you the best chance or as a fat fuck risking countless morbitities.

my mum is 5'3 205 53 y/o
my dad is 5'11 185 57 y/o
My mum has some fucked up legs, her achilles are short and her tibia is not full length.
My dad had an 'inactive' diaphram and a brocken heart valve.
Dad is active, he used to run half marathons and trained my for a 12k when i was 12, he was 53.
Mum has just realy started to work out, she got fat when she was 20.

Maybe so they can live an extra 10-20 years and see their grandkids? They can actually die at 55 from obesity, or at 75-80 from their telomeres shortening and giving out. Why do you think in Mediterreanean and Asian countries people live to be much older?

he used to be in the military and run/work out every day
