Bulgarian split squats are god tier. Even body weight has improved my leg strength.
Moved almost all of my isolation/non big 4 movements to machines. activates everything much better desu

Why wouldnt you like incline bp over flat? Much lower injury risk and it's commonly believed to be more efficient in building chest.

I do incline bench press + flat dumbbel bench press. I really like that combo, Of course with dumbbels you cant use as much weight, but you got better range of movement and keeping them stabile puts a lot of pressure on triceps and forearms.
I feel like cable laterals are better than dumbbells

Never tried cable laterals but tomorrow I'll be hitting shoulders so I'll give it a try
cable crossovers are THE exercise for pecs. Bench requires too much of tris and front delts.
