I switched over from doing compounds, which was great as a n00b. To UL, so far I've seen a better visible improvement to my chest + arms.

Anyone like a particular movement that works out shoulders? Just trying to get proportional.

keep rotating PPL as often as you can, whether it's 4 or 5 or 6 days a week. why the fuck would it have to be the same weekday every time? do you get some special powers in your squat if it's a WEDNESDAY?

I do PPLx as a natty and it's great for me. occasionally I feel like my body needs extra rest so I take a day off and continue the next day where I left off. problem solved
