>work out for 9 months
>always had weak core
>amazing progress everywhere else, DL 415
>finally fix my completely inactive core
>immediately see relief from anxiety, better sleep, and calmness
Is there something to this? I
Curiosity abounds. Bump.

How'd you fix an inactive core?
>>41489596
Seems like he fixed it by doing Deadlifts
>>41488688
hmm noticed similar things when I started getting really flexible/started foam rolling
>stand 1-1.5 inch taller
>erection feels harder/longer/bigger
>pelvic tilt gone
>hit 5pl8 deadlift
>nothing different about my life except I can now lift 495 lbs off the ground
It's nothing OP

Well yeah, your core muscles are all connected with your spine so strengthening it makes for better support of your spine. As for erections it also makes sense because blood flows through your abdomen prior to flowing into your dick.

Any tips? How do I get started foam rolling.
Mans got a pelvic tilt and better erections seem sweet. Also want to get more flexible

415 on 9 months ? What are you ?
>>41489650
>lifting a 1/4th of a ton with your body
>nothing
>>41489596
Work the muscles that stabilize the lumbo-pelvic hip area. Deadlifts being OPs example.

Buy a lacrosse ball for trigger point thrapy
Buy a regular foam roller, both can be purchased at academy.
Proceed to foamroll hamstrings, and be sure to hit the glutes by sitting on it with one leg crossed while leaning into it putting all your weight and rolling back and forth right where the glute meets the hip
