I won't make a huge post about it, but basically there's this silly idea that females can only workout like this because they are smaller than males or if they work too much they'll look like a bodybuilder in a single night.
Realistically females need to work more to get the same results, since they start with less and gain muscle, not only that but literature and experience claims they can handle higher % compared to man and are more resistant to pain.
