Generally it depends what is your current body fat percentage and you can go from there

DNP would make this easily doable. By staying on a 200mg dose for a week to gauge your reaction and slowly ramping up to 600mg you will perfectly safe. The only risk would be possibly getting a rash, or if you get sick and it increases your temperature.

People drink poisons all day. Poison isnt necessarily bad for you. Fouride is a deadly poison, but it's in drinking water in many parts of the USA as a sterilizing agent. It's all about dosage. Tens of thousands of people take DNP, and they're just fine. There have been less than 100 deaths from people taking DNP since it was discovered. Stop letting the FDA tell you how to live your life.
