that's pretty much all you can do. blacks have better fast twitch muscle recruitment so you won't be able to compete with natural ability, but you should be able to get your vert up over 30" with a year or so of training if you're not a fat fuck.

Try vertical jump training lmao. Stuff like squats will help you get general leg strength but sports training is very different from general strength training. e.g. quarter squats off pins, box jumps, shit like that.
