Drink more shakes. Peanut butter, scoops, and milk. In the morning and right before bed. Every day

Staples: Chicken breast, whole grain rice, celery, sometimes black beans. Various condiments like low-sodium soy sauce, horseradish sauce, sriracha, etc.

Shakes: Whey protein, peanut butter, oats, banana, sometimes cold coffee

Also a lot of water and creatine

Goal: Currently cutting for a month, hoping to look lean in time for summer
