- dumbbell variants
- machine presses
etc...
isolations
- overhead extensions (french press, single arm etc...)
- skullcrushers (EZ bar, dumbbells etc.)
- cable pushdowns (underhand, v-bar, single arm, rope etc.)
with all isolations go moderately high reps (10-16), use really slow negatives (3+ seconds), explode in the positive, pause for a second at full contraction

Lying Skullcrushers on the bench press. Do em near the end of your push days / upper days / whatever, after you have done your regular chest and shoulder work. Start off with 3 x 8 with a reasonable weight. Work your way to 8 x 8 (thats right motherfucker, 8 x 8), 60 second rest intervals. So just add a set week by week til you get to this point. Once you get to this point, scale back the rest intervals to 30 seconds over time, increase the reps, increase the weight. Experiment with different set and rep ranges once you stall out (5 x 25, 10 x 10, 4 x 12 ect.) You gotta pump those fuckers up. Gotta make them burn. And most importantly EAT BIG TO GET BIG. Cant grow in a caloric deficit.
