Lunch
>pbj yogurt fruit
Pre workout
> 3 eggs in butter side of toast, 2 scoops in milk
Dinner
> chicken broccoli rice
> beef bell peppers beans
On the weeknds pancake and bacon for bfest

If you don't get in calories from eating throughout the day just eat more of the peanut butter and brown rice until you're at 3k.
