Has anyone of you had the issue with the heels coming up while squatting? I cant break parallel with my chest up or heels down.
How long did it take you to fix that with the common exercises? Will I ever be able to squat deep like my manlet colleague from work?

Your calves are tight and your ankle mobility is shit. Foam roll and stretch them. Or shortcut is to buy squat shoes/prop heels up with plates.

also, check your shoes. i lifted in running/tennis shoes, switched to walmart brand chucks, and they're actually much easier to lift in.

you're never supposed to squat in running shoes or any shoes with a sole that compresses, which is why people buy chucks as a cheap alternative, but SQUAT SHOES ARE A MUST. you can squat significantly more in shoes designed for squatting with a raised heal and th soles dont compress. squatting barefoot will fuck up your feet
