Closer to lanklet i think. I fluctuate between 165-172lbs at 6 feet tall. I do my deads from the same exact position and stance i do my cleans, the bottom up position, double overhand. Might take away from my "being stronger than 99% of normies" but atleast its not sumo.

sumo is actually much harder. I'd switch, because it resembles picking up heavy things in real life more, but I lift over half plate less this way
