Don't feed them any soy and make sure they get a lot of protein. Make them play a nice (white) team sport. Something like hockey or lacrosse.

You'll get a long way just manking sure they aren't eating any candy or such. Also learn to cook vegetable to make them actually tasty so that your kid will willingly eat them.

I'm not sure about dairy products. You'd be best of asking your or your kids physiscian about that. Cereal is a-okay, as long as it's that all-fibre stuff.

Also, make your kid worship oats. It's the GOAT breakfast.

I loved baseball as a kid, but I lived in Canada where all the sports were white. I assume there are a lot of Latinos playing baseball in the south? Still worth a shot, it's a beautiful sport.

Baseball will instill good teamwork but won't exactly guarantee he won't get fat. A lot of baseball is sitting or standing and waiting for something to happen. Even a lot of MLB players are overweight.
