My advice tends to be if you're feeling antsy and like you want to work out more do it. I switched everything up after doing a 3 day a week routine for ages after someone posted that squat every day book and progressed way quicker and faster and longer, but that sort of strategy don't work for everyone.

Ripp isn't clear enough or regularly enough that his routine is made to work for the lowest common denominator such as hard gainers or lazy inclined people (actual medical conditions aside). If you follow the program you will see results. But you could do better doing more volume if you are capable.

Anyone who is intermediate + knows what they need to do, knows how to tailor a program for their needs, and if there is something they don't know they know where to look for the info.

It isn't like /mu/ or /sp/ where seasoned 4chan users stay on the board to discuss. Once you have a basic knowledge of fitness and nutrition from /fit/ the board becomes useless and boring.

There's only so much you can learn about fitness when you have a passing interest. Is the average gym goer going to care about doing deficit deadlifts to speed up their main pull and maybe add 20lbs after months and months?
