Hey /fit/ my gf wants to start training at her house, she already likes yoga and running but wants to build some muscle and strength. She has a decent set of dumbells up to 40 or 50 lbs and a weird bowflex type machine with rowers and stuff on it. But assuming she just has the dumbells, what's a basic 3 or 4 day program she could start with?

Put her on a basic bitch split.
Day 1: Upper body - Dumbbell bench press, dumbbell row, lateral and front raises for shoulders
Day 2: Legs and core - Squats/Dumbbell deadlift, dumbbell lunges (lean forward during lunges for glute focus), hip bridges, basic bitch core workout (crunches, leg raises, planks, russian twists)
Day 3/4: Cardio, rest, more core, whatever the fuck you want.
