Feeling pretty bad today, hurt myself deadlifting last Friday, doesn't feel like a bulging or herniated disc or something, pain doesn't shoot into my leg or upper back or something, just stays pretty much above my left glute lower back area in general, I deadlifted and squatted yesterday again, not too heavy but I don't think it was a good idea, doesn't feel better. I feel tired as fuck and very helpless today
