Why cant I do a fucking squat!?!!?!?!?
I swear I tried and tried and tried for over and hour and I just can't do a squat with proper form.
I've been what I guess you can call fit for a while before, people used to often comment on my body but now after all the fast food and alcohol I've gotten a bit overweight but not nearly to the point thats I shouldn't be able to to a damn squat but fuck I've been trying over an hour and just can't, damn.
Please help, this is definitely a low point

Do lowbar and put plates under the back of your feet if you have to, building mobility takes a lot of time.

lol an hour is nothing, proper form takes weeks or months depending on your how bad your mobility issues are.
I don't recomend adding weigth until your bw squat is perfect
Hold in toddler squat position for a minute to stretch your muscles so you can squat properly. Trust me nigger this is essential.

What do you do if your curl is greater than your squat?
My squat is 75lbs and hard as hell. My curl is 85lbs and hard but I can see going up in a few more workouts.

If your form is 80% good, you're g2g. The rest you learn by doing.
Also a reminder to everyone in this thread, Western Europeans have shortened achilles tendon making it much more difficult to squat.
