people this obese and this futile attempts in their continual struggle to lose weight are usually WAY beyond the point of looks, health etc even being a priotity. people of this size aren't just lazy and greedy, they have genuinely imbalanced minds and need food like a crackhead needs his next fix. its a mental problem first and a physical problem second; the former results in the latter. this is why just dieting and exercise isn't enough, psychological intervention is required.
