what i did was drink a fuckton of water everyday(a must) and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Also exercise 4 times a week (Cardio + weight lifting)

Avoid sugary and salty food because it can retain water in your face and bloat it causing it to look fat.

You must do it for a while because it prolly took me 2 years my main goal at the time was just to lose weight but it came with it thankful as fuck because i look 100x better now.

And also it all depends on your genetics i know people who are ripped/much better shape than i am with no facial aesthetics what so ever
